This is for nailartjan, a nail art challenge that most of you nail ladies will be familiar with on ig….I’m determined to finish this one! Why is that everytime I decide I’m going to do it I have a million & one things crop up!
This one is sweets hmmmm, a subject close to my heart but even closer to my stomach…..💋
This is my favourite way of painting flowers, although it can be a pain in the butt trying to do it on a glossy surface as the brush has a mind of it’s own & skates all over!
Quick & easy block colour nails….I had to use striping tape for this mani which I don’t normally like I tend to have it stuck everywhere & to everything…..but my striping brushes have miraculously vanished (arghhhh).
I used Essie We’re in it Together & China Glaze Hang-Ten Toes, I adore these polishes, this was my very first Essie which is very special as it was a gift from my daughter.
I then decided to use Revlon’s Blue lagoon to add a few little flowers, I hope you all like them 💋
I love doing one stroke painting & still have a long way to go but I will keep on practicing, you know that old boring saying that “practice makes perfect” (well it’s right)……I followed a wonderful tutorial by the very talented Cute nails on YouTube & I astounded myself with the results, I love these so much & still can’t believe i done them (head swelling) …….I’m looking forward to much more practicing this year. I used a black by Sinful Colors & acrylic paints……I hope you all love them as much as I do 💋
Here’s a sneaky peek of a new @Babyjanepolish it’s so pretty & even better irl, it has no name as yet as I’ve just been her little tester today which (obviously) I’ve loved…..Beth’s range will be on sale very soon (watch this space) & of course I had to try out another design over the top lol!
Well my very first Moyou stamping plate arrived today😃 & I’ve been doing a whole load of practicing…..it’s so much harder than it looks!😩 I’ll be the first to admit that when I first saw stamping I thought hmmm well that ain’t hard but oh was I wrong (so wrong)…..there’s certainly a knack to it & I’ve discovered that I prefer to use an old gift card rather than the scraper as it doesn’t scratch my beautiful plate! Some of you guys on ig & blog owners have amazing stamping skills….massive respect to you all 👌💋
I get so much fun from making these pieces & have so many new projects to start this year, over the years I’ve tried many crafts & love to learn but I must say this Is definitely a keeper…..hope you like them…..
